Camps & applicable to School sessions.

Information

• Please check all relevant information provided is correct on sign up.

First Aid

• First aiders will deal with minor injuries & you will be made aware of at sign out. Any serious injuries or illness, you will be telephoned. 

Behaviour

• We emphasise good behaviour, any bad behaviour will be dealt with appropriately and can lead to a call home to be collected.

Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your child’s place we can rearrange your booking for another date.
• If CDL Sport is not informed of absence then you are not entitled to a refund / carry booking over.
• If the camp is cancelled due to severe weather or exceptional circumstances, bookings will be carried over.

Sign in / Sign out

• Make us aware of any relevant information at sign in.
• Inform us if another adult is collecting your child.
• Please ensure your child is collected promptly.
• Make us aware of any relevant issues.

General

• Children are responsible for their own packed lunch and water bottle on the day. Please avoid bringing nuts.
• No persons involved with or related to CDL Sport accepts liability for any losses or damage to personal belongings.
• CDL Sport will use reasonable endeavours to avoid injuries being suffered by those attending Camps. Due to nature of activities there is an inherent risk.
